Sparticl is for users over the age of 13 and requires those registering to provide their birthdates so we can determine their eligibility. All children are welcome to explore the content on Sparticl, but only those 13 or older will be allowed to create an account and comment, earn points, and participate in other social features of Sparticl. If we have reason to believe a child under 13 has provided false information in order to create an account, that account will be deleted.
As part of the registration process, we require the user enter their date of birth to determine they are over 13 and also ask for the following:
Sparticl does NOT offer user-to-user contact. Sparticl allows users to pick a user name (and will not allow use of first and last name) and to use their Facebook account. If someone were to connect with a user via Facebook, they would be leaving the Sparticl site and the Facebook privacy settings would apply.
