Aardvark

Standing about as tall as a big dog, the adaptable aardvark lives all over the African continent. Termites are a favorite food, and it quickly digs them up in the dry savannas and rain forests.

The aardvark may look amusing with its large ears and a long snout, but its survival is threatened, thanks to humans hunting it for meat and moving in on its habitat.
